Hydrogen generator

Hydrogen generator

Hydrogen is a chemical element with atomic number 1, element symbol H, and average atomic weight 1.00794 u (1.007825 u for hydrogen-1).

Hydrogen is the lightest and most common element in the universe. It accounts for about 75 percent of the chemical mass of the universe. Most main sequence stars are composed of plasma hydrogen. The naturally occurring elemental hydrogen is relatively rare on Earth.

The most common isotope of hydrogen is protium (rarely used, symbol 1H ), which has one proton but no neutrons. in ionic compounds Protium can receive negative ions.

Hydrogen gas

was first synthesized in the early 16th century by alloying metals with strong acids. Hydrogen gas is a separate substance[8] and it produces water when burned.

Hydrogen production industrial

Industrial production of hydrogen (hydrogen generators) comes primarily from the steam reforming of natural gas and from more energy-intensive hydrogen production methods such as electrolysis.

feature
burning

Hydrogen gas

(dihydrogen or molecular hydrogen) is highly flammable and will burn in air over a very wide concentration range between 4% and 75% by volume. The enthalpy of combustion for hydrogen is -286 kJ. per mole (kJ/mol) 2 H2 (g) + O2 (g) → 2 H2O (l) + 572 kJ (286 kJ/mol) [note 1]
Hydrogen gas forms an explosive mixture with air at concentrations of 4-74% and with chlorine at concentrations of 5-95%. The mixture will explode spontaneously upon ignition.

Applications Hydrogen Gas Generator

Manufacture and repair of jewelry and gems such as necklaces, rings, bracelets, eyeglasses and other accessories made of precious metals and precious stones for smelting to soften the metal to add workpieces more easily

For shaping and polishing acrylic mirrors.

in the glass industry for flame polishing
dental work
car repair
jewelry making

Hydrogen’s industrial and personal applications in jewelry manufacturing are numerous (e.g. ring sizing).

glass processing

Hydrogen is useful for glass shaping and color blending while creating stronger glass.
medical and dental equipment Hydrogen can be found in dental offices and clinics because it uses clean fuel and will not contaminate delicate medical equipment.

Plastic work

Hydrogen can be used to polish the edges of plastic sheets.
Other applications:

1. Repair and manufacture of thermocouples
2. Wax casting
3. Electromechanical equipment

Hydrogen gas generator process

Electrolysis of water is electrolysis. which is the process of splitting water atoms The water atom is made up of two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. Separation is done by passing a direct current into the water through the positive and negative terminals.

Water must contain electrolytes. (electrolyte) containing ions such as salts or acids The result will be oxygen and hydrogen gases. high security No need to store gas in the tank
Save money/reduce production costs
